Yoga, for me, is a rebellious and revolutionary path. The inner affecting the outer; personal change inspiring positive external change. Through Yoga, we work on realizing peace, mindfulness, compassion, kindness, non-harming, honesty. Everything we need to impact the world around us.
Nicole Dylan Madison is a certified yoga teacher, dedicated to the practice of yoga and meditation for over 10 years and teaching since 2005. Nicole’s classes are meant to take you deeper into yourself, deeper into your life; to teach you to breathe, investigate and maybe even smile. She is trained to teach: Moksha, Hatha flow, Restorative, Yin and Punk Rock Yoga. Outside of the practice room, Nicole is the Associate Director for Centre of Gravity and Community Co-ordinator for New Leaf Yoga Foundation.
